I think the worst TV show out there today is Young and the Restless. In general, soap operas are pointless. DDrammma drramma dramma..that's all that they are. Someone's always stealing someone else's man, causing family problems, or dying and coming back two seconds later. Drama is everywhere in real life, let alone going home to watch more of it for enjoyment. My mom has been watching this soap opera ever since I was in diapers. That's a LONG time to put up with a bad TV show being on ALL the time!!! We just recently got DVR and she records it every time she's not home in the morning. It drives me nuts! I can't get away from the show!

Come to think of it, there are many things that are important to me now that weren't so important to me as I entered highschool as a freshman. For one, whenever I was a freshman I was very absorbed with having a boyfriend and always wearing a jersey for the Friday football games. ..But, now that I am a senior, I know that those type of things don't account for anything. No one really cares who is going out with who or who is wearing "his" jersey. That was kind of immature on my part now that I look back. Also, another important aspect I look at "these days" that i didn't in "those days" are my academic standings. I'm very determined to be in the top 10 of my class by the end of this year. Don't get me wrong, back then I did still care about my grades, but there were much more important things to me..(boys,..texting,..being on a persons myspace "top friends",..etc.). Overall I think my maturity level is much higher now, and I am looking towards my future instead of worrying about my status with others.

I have been to alot of movies recently. I love going to the movies. I saw G. I. Joe this weekend on Saturday. I thought it was O.K.. I wasn't one of my favorites because I'm not really that into action movies. Another movie I've seen recently would be the new Harry Potter movie. I thought it was the best Harry Potter movie by far. Lastly, I saw The Ugly Truth. It was really funny. I love to watch comed,y so therefore, i loved it!!
